A standard apartment or villa water tank (1,000-5,000 litres) typically takes 2-3 hours to clean completely. Larger building tanks may take longer depending on size and access. The tank needs to be refilled after cleaning, which takes additional time depending on the water supply.
Do I need to turn off the water supply before the cleaning team arrives?
Our team handles the entire process including shutting off the water supply, draining, cleaning and restoring the supply after the service. You do not need to do anything in advance. Just ensure access to the tank area is available when our team arrives.
Is the water safe to use immediately after cleaning?
After cleaning and disinfection, we run the water through the system and check it before declaring it safe. We recommend running all taps briefly when the water supply is restored to flush the lines. The water is safe to use for all household purposes shortly after service completion.
